Aperture Science’s First Annual Bring-Your-Daughter-To-Work Day
In 1996, after the purchase of the A-Sync Research Institute by Cave Johnson and the renaming of the company to Aperture-Sync, the rivalry with Black Mesa reached a new level. Both companies tried to achieve great results with teleportation. In the course of research, it was revealed that there are a huge number of parallel dimensions intersecting with our world. There was a theory that all of them are nothing more than the layers of the original universe or "Center of Worlds". Ultimately, both …
Fun Fact: The G-Man was, at one point, involved with Portal 2's story, based on developer comments in The Final Hours of Portal 2 and leftover map logic. sp_a2_bridge_intro, the map introducing Hard Light Bridges, has map logic remaining in it referring to a cut G-Man encounter. I can't 100% be sure when he was cut from the story, so it's up in the air if he was cut early or late into the Multicore era of Portal 2's development.
Lunacy
Theory: Portal was only written into Half-Life's lore as a way to justify it's blatant reuse of various Half-Life 2 assets.
Does anyone feel like Portal revolution’s aesthetic kinda looks like titanfall 2’s aesthetic?
When you realize Wheatley had never said his name up until “I did this! Tiny little WHEATLEY, did this!”
Core related theory: The portal 1 cores are the portal 2 cores. Here’s how: The cores got burnt in Portal 1… but GLaDOS said all aperture stuff is functional up to 4000 degrees kelvin, not to mention that GLaDOS is STILL ALIVE after she apparently got thrown into a incinerator. So if the cores got thrown into the incinerator, they will likely still be functional, but damaged… and so they got replacement parts and look like they do in portal 2… some are replacement personalities too. But that’s…
guys to be honest I don't think Wheatley or should I say me, just fly off forever in the abyss of space, I do think there is a possibility he is in the moon surface, because of gravity, cuz gravity in the moon is not as weak as we all thought as a kid, but it is the rushing air that act like a thruster is strong enough to push him out of the region where moon gravity doesn't really effect anymore, making a escape velocity, but that's unlikely, but if this is true there is another theory of mine …
