Since The Core has a couple of characters that endure the disaster alongside the player, there are variations for each character to show the impact that the disaster has had on them. From the prologue when it's business as usual, to the finale after days of scrounging for supplies and fighting to survive.
To put it another way, if you play The Core, you get to see Urby get the absolute snot beaten out of him.

First artwork in what I hope to be a series of pictures depicting the G-Man sightings but with my OC present (his wife).
Starting with the games that only have one sighting each; Uplink, Blue Shift and Decay. I will then move onto HL1, OP4 and HL2+Episodes. Uplink was sort of a demo, so I drew this one first. Gordon is meant to be getting fried by the Gargantua's beam.
Yeah I still exist.
I know videos don't get much attention here, but I made a video showcase with locations for Episode 2 of Solitary Echoes and I'm really prod of some of these locations. :)
Status update for The Classic Collection - Half-Life 1 currently has 59 achievements! These aren't just achievements you'll get for playing the game normally; some of these you'll have to hunt for if you want to 100% the game ;)
