New in Steam - Valve - LambdaGeneration

For those who have installed SteamOS and has experienced using like, Ubuntu or whatever, how does it feels like? Is it as functional as a typical distro or what?

Hey guys, this is important, if you have recived a message from your friend with a "steam spring sale marathon" or any other season as a matter of fact, dont click it and deffinetly dont sign in on it, its a scam that steals your account, and if you recived that messange, example: "this is for you: (scam link)" (actual messange i recieved), 1- dont click it and 2- tell your friend that his account has been compromised and tell him to: change his password, check autorized devices and to enable steam guard, if you have clicked on that link and sign in, just do the same and you should be good to go. (also, the site spells staem in its URL instead of steam)

ICYMI: Argentinian government will remove taxes on Steam previously, taxes were too high that they reached 100%+ taxes (like if you were buying 2 games, one for yourself and other for the government), but now no more

Valve is so obsessed with TF2 they named two of their runtimes with the classes from that game.... And yes this Linux Mint 22.1 w/ Cinnamon DE. Edit: And its dual-booted with my Windows 11 24H2.

Steam just kicked me out of my session, meaning EVERYTHING that I had open is now GONE. THANKS STEAM! I was gonna clean my browser tabs myself, BUT NOW YOU'VE JUST GOTTEN RID OF ALL OF THEM WITHOUT ASKING! HOW NICE OF YOU! Wanna know what's even funnier? Steam crashed my session, WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXIT STEAM! I fucking hate Steam.
