Made a VScript addon for Entropy Zero 2 which attaches player camera to player's corpse. Fully customizable via new console variables: first or third person, disable/enable screen effects, slow-mo, playing music/sound on death. Will run on any map as soon as the game is restarted and is compatible with other VScript addons.
