i'm Walid Dreemurr, i've been starting to make custom half-life 1 maps with JACK Hammer Editor, however my only issue is that i don't get much help nor who to ask for help for half-life 1 modding :'<

i never thought i'd manage to make something like this, but good god i've made it! original idea for the vines by @goldsrcguy (this is also for a mod project i was planning and still working on for years, i might need some help but so far things are quite alright)

hey everyone, i just thought that i wanted to share an idea i got since a year ago (feel free to share your thoughts on it to help me with the mod): i've been thinking of recreating the mod Crack-Life Campaign, however instead of being an joke mod with lots of offensive stuff and some memes, i decided to make it a serious half-life story based mod.

this music is pretty much an OST for my Half-life 1 mod that i've been developing it for about a few months. i used one of the OST's from Max Payne 1 known as "Whack Him", and lunatic calm's song called "leave you far behind" but instrumental. i hope that despite the usage of these two musics wouldn't consider my music as a form of copyright or something. if so, then maybe you guys can let me know and i'll be sure to not use it for my mod

i gotta admit; i downloaded the latest non-steam version of Jackhammer Editor (aka version 1.1.3773) about a few months ago and i only used it like two or three times, before i went back to using the old version (which is the version 1.1.1064), however the problem is that, when i was using the latest version back then; after setting up my Game Profiles' settings, added the fgd files and the paths within the directories and such, Jackhammer strangely couldn't even find the zhlt.wad file despite that i literally added it within the textures, but unlike the old version that i used (aka the version 1.1.1064), it recognized it and it can compile maps without an Error like this. can someone help me find out what's preventing the program to notice the zhlt.wad file, and maybe give me a solution for this problem?
