I’m not a news guy but I don’t see anybody else passing this info around, Half-Life 1’s 25th anniversary is upon us, in 2 days it’ll be here. I have a feeling something big is upon us, Half-life 3 if we’re lucky. We pretty much know Valve is actually going to do something this time. After HL1’s free period, and a mysterious “app” showing up, and maybe a steam deck verification. Whatever it is, it’s important. (If it’s just steam sales I’m gonna scream)
Gordon Freeman Art Project (W.I.P) In my art class, our current art project is to draw a picture of a character by using a grid, after that’s done we will then transfer it to a good copy paper and shade it in pen. We were allowed to chose any character so I went with Gordon Freeman. Lets pour one out for the fallen GoldSource solders that fell victim to the 25th anniversary update: Counter-Strike Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes Day of Defeat Half-Life: Blue Shift Deathmatch Classic and all of the menus for everything but Half-Life 1. Will it be fixed? Yeah, probably. Hopefully sooner than later.
I bought HL:Alyx even thought i don't have VR set or PC to play the game. Moreover Steam will not support my country's currency after 20th. I hate my HL/Portal addiction. Happy 25th anniversary of Half Life!
The new main menu looks sweeeeet, all my saves got deleted though.

I actually really like how they changed the menu in HL1. I've always preferred the WON version, so I'm really glad they changed it.
Valve have just released an update for Half-Life, which restores the original WON menu + new multiplayer maps! Wow. New maps: contamination pool_party disposal rocket_frenzy We're currently updating our HLDM servers with these!
