Not sure if this breaks the rules (i really hope it doesn't), but there's currently a crowdfund to hire voice actors and make new voicelines in Spanish for Half-Life. This is part of a project that will properly translate the entirety of Half-Life to Spanish, that is, textures, models, sprites, etc. The actual goal is 3,500$ USD, and it's been running for a couple of days.
