Borderlands 2 is free on steam rn, but the publisher Take Two Interactive (known as the owners of Rockstar Games and 2K) updated the EULA to make it a frickin' spyware, if you accept the new EULA you have to:
-Don't install any type of mod. (even if it is legal in your country, you can't)
-Don't use a VPN / virtual machine.
-Let them see your search history.
-Let them use an AI to analyze your gameplay.

<The EULA doesn't affect if you claim the game but when you install it for the first time / update it if you had it already installed>
<update: they might not change it cuz in legal terms, they're warning you that they can see your search history and all that, so it isn't technically a spyware>
