why do npcs explode when i shoot them with a weapon that does heavy damage like sniper or deagle

Well, it appears that garrysmods.org is officially dead. Which also means that tons and tons of Garry's Mod addons are now officially lost to time forever. Do we really not have an archive anywhere?

I really want to be able to use the effects used in the opening and ending cutscenes in gmod. Is this at all possible? I basically just want a filter, not the transparent thing.

i have been suffering in blender for about 4 hours trying to get a model into gmod with normal ragdoll physics, can anyone port the models for me march update: we have 1 of the models in the valvebiped skeleton but still need 2 more, if anyone would like to help it would be greatly appreciated (P.S: these models are being used in my machinima project)
