how do I add cosmetics to Ragdolls? I wanna make some stuff but I don't know how

I have a problem with models from half life 2 episodes, some of them load as an error and some dont even spawn for an example antlion grub spawns as an error and the muscle car doesnt even spawn!
so today i wanted to play gmod but this stuff appear, anybody know how to fix it ?
I have a problem, my gmod was installed on my hard drive c with css and tf2, then i installed more src games but on hard drive e, i reinstalled tf2, css and gmod on e too but gmod still only shows me tf2 and css in the spawnmenu
making a tank is difficult any feedback?

(SOLVED you can ignore it now) Does anyone know what is this playermodel? I found a guy using it on showcase images of an addon and i think its really nice.

im making a L4D comic series over on webtoon and noticed this weird cube on the first chapter map of no mercy. anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?
