Why do people never talk about hms power Inc?
I mean I have never heard anyone mention it
I searched lots of things like "half life all hev chargers" and nothing found. Any theories?

The Ohms Power Inc charger is probably just the commercial version of the HEV and PCV chargers used by civilians. My guess is that it was used in construction and industrial workplaces but I’m just guessing off of how it looks. I remember in the trailer for the mod “Urban Chaos” showed an ad for an Ohms Power Inc product. That’s pretty neat seeing some mods teams use that company for their mods.
Nobody got balls to do a mod about reasonance cascade portal storms happening in boot camp with these chargers also btw i think that the P.C.V box version got more uses becouse I saw total of 2 in op force and 3-4? in field intensity while this one got amazing 1 (dang i made a preety long comment)

Well Aperture Science and Black Mesa exist in the same universe so its not hard to believe that other companies exist and also develop stuff.
I believe it was meant to be a "commercial" power charger, it is mentioned and appears during Opposing Force training

i only seen it once id love to see some mods put this charger people say its a commercial one would be nice to see it in city areas
It's likely Ohms, not hms. Just the letter "O" being stylized this way.
