The showcase trailer in The Orange Box actually uses the beta car model.
Apparently this is from Early development.

I played Half-Life 2 FakeFactory Remastered and what can I say, it was good! I did encounter a few glitches here and there, but other then that, it was a very decent experience.

Without wasting anymore time, I'll just get straight into what I liked about the mod:

1. The added visuals, they were nice, made previous locations that were already beautiful even more beautiful.

2. The details, this mod adds a lot of details to the game, especially in the chapters Water Hazard, Highway 17 and We Don't Go To Ravenholm. Everywhere I went, I always found myself thinking "Oh Hey! That wasn't here before." or "Oh, wait... was that here before?". It was really nice to have something new to explore and find out in a game that I played so many times before.

3. Xen fauna, yeah, this mod added Xen fauna to the game. And it isn't like a hidden ester egg that is located on one map and that's pretty much it. No, you can find it almost anywhere you go.

4. How much more "alive" it feels. After I finished playing the mod, I return back to normal Half-Life 2, just to see the differences between the two. And it all felt so... empty, if that makes sense.

5. New locations. There are a few new locations added in, so keep your eyes open.

So in conclusion, this is mod is a good excuse for you to replay the greatest game that was ever made!
