"Remember when we thought Black Mesa was as bad as it could get?..."
That must be Barney when he sees Breen, I suppose... BEFORE HE TELLS HIM "F*CK YOUU-" ye.
Amazing and dark as always and I gotta say this; I see plenty of black eyes, like, injured skin around the eye, bloody and bruised in fanart and movie but... when I see the whites of the eyes bleeding, idk man, it gets me, it really makes me say "OWWW OH BOI"
Dust in the eyes or a punch or mechanical injury... this also happens quite often. The most important thing is that Barney is still smiling and not discouraged. And yes, with such a bloody face and such a smile, he met Breen, oh, I would have looked at that. >:)
Thanks, man. I am always glad to read your comments.
I love how bleak it looks; your art really captures the atmosphere of HL2. ^^ Honestly I wish I had more patience for backgrounds with my own stuff. XD
Huh? On the contrary, I look with admiration at artists who do not bother with backgrounds or lines. Some minimal background gives beauty no less than a full color. х)
As for example you showed that the white void has a meaning. I don't know how to explain it, but I hope you understand me. <:D
I do! I agree that sometimes a simpler background, or even no background, can bring out the picture more. I do wish I was better at drawing them though. XD
I've been thinking of actually posting a more in-depth description of my ideas of the Employers and their dimension. Was thinking I might have to draw some stuff to go along with it though, so it's not just text; as people will probably just ignore that. ^^;
C'mon don't think so categorically. Just do it. And practice slow or fast is still practice. :)
Artists are committed to ideas, have aspiration and constant progress, otherwise we wouldn't be them. Just do it in a buzz. Everything will work out someday anyway.
If Gordon freeman was to just say one line, it should be “I would like that beer about now”
Yeah, 100% agreed
dayum the details in this are so sharp, very nice
Ha, thank you

Barney is good in all guises. This guy is unique. Thank you so much. <3
You Can't Escape Freedom
Sounds like a prophecy. I like it.

Gosh, I love the background on this one; but I'm very biased toward b&w designs. Haha! Awesome art!
I guess it was high from a fan and critic of b&w, heh. Sometimes I like to make 3d backgrounds. Thank you, Dusk. ^3^
