For reference : The Minigun model in HDTF is saved under the name "w_kitchen_knife.mdl"
Yes this is source. Specifically it's Actually Good Source ( AGS ) The entire level geometry is made of models. CSM and SSR helps a lot. All Materials are PBR, except for a single brush used to compile lighting and the refract shader used by the little crystal data storage things
*quacks aggressively*
CSM and Volumetrics. Looking outside the dome to see space is breathtaking, even with white placeholder textures. Images taken in the current Bulld of #Lost-Industry-Origins ( Modified sdk2013mp )
Breens personal scanner? Nah it's just a model I made to replace the original npc_cscanner model from hl2. The Alpha's used for the Ornaments are from textures.com The model itself is probably going to be reworked, it's been a while since it's creation and I improved since then
Powered by CoolSource. SSR effect is still in WIP Thanks for Tottery for implementing SSR just because I asked for it ( its giga chad and I hate cubemaps )
So what's a brush anyway?
Lightmapping on Models, using a PBR Shader. ( Lightmapping on Models is limited to sdk2013mp and it's branches, example TF2. By default there is only a VertexLitGeneric shader that allows it's usage and it doesn't support bumpmapping. This does! )
The Characters and Carnivals depicted in this mod are ficticious, any similarity to actual persons, living, or dead, is purely coincidental. Except for the ferris wheel, that thing still stands in Pripyat today
Imagine if you had CSM and Volumetrics cast by the sun. And it isn't the Chaos Branch or CSGO
