Yes this is source. Specifically it's Actually Good Source ( AGS )
The entire level geometry is made of models. CSM and SSR helps a lot. All Materials are PBR, except for a single brush used to compile lighting and the refract shader used by the little crystal data storage things

Lightmapping on Models, using a PBR Shader. ( Lightmapping on Models is limited to sdk2013mp and it's branches, example TF2. By default there is only a VertexLitGeneric shader that allows it's usage and it doesn't support bumpmapping. This does!  )
