How do i get into GoldSrc modding? Currently I'm bored right now so I feel like making something. And since I want to get into game development, is this a good start?

is there a way and or mod that I can use to play with offline bots? I would like to know since multiplayer games with bots to me give a whole ton of replay value and I want to try rocket frenzy but I just can't seem to find a server, is there a bot mod where they can act like real player but also a difficulty setting so I can practice?

is there a way to add the 1.6 models to cz?
