The 20th anniversary update added the fully functional Stun Stick from HL2DM to HL2, despite it not being merged into it like the Episodes and Lost Coast, which could imply that HL2DM was planned to be merged or is going to be. You can get it by enabling cheats and using the command "give weapon_stunstick_player".
