What is this software is opened on Dr. Kleiner's PC?
Kleiner probably had some hard drives from black mesa, one of them must have had some random program they created for teleportation or something
Based on the graph I'd assume it's some kind of spreadsheet program, like Excel. It doesn't look like Excel though, maybe it's some third-party software.
The graphs look too advanced for Excel in my opinion. It could be something else entirely

It might be some fusion out of multiple images. Probably those used by the developers during the process of creating hl2. I bet on Softimage XSI
