My! This is quite the clever design! I observe that this design takes elements from all entries of the Half-Life series in terms of Vortigaunt design: You've included the very large arched back of the original Half-Life design, the bodily features of the Half-Life 2 design, and the three-toed greatness of the Alyx design! In my mind, this is truly the definitive version of the Half-Life 1 Vortigaunt, congratulations Tripmine Studios!
