How'd you do the new animations / skeleton parts? It's hard to customize those bits of a player model without it being all broke-E (from my experience anyway). Doesn't new things such as a tail add more hit boxes? How you deal with that?
This is using blender and the source import plugin to get the base skeleton. I didn't change the base except for adding the tail bones. Because it is HLDM, the engine throws out any custom hotboxes anyway, and loads its own, so you don't need to worry about them.
