1) You've got your 12am/pm mixed up. 12 in the morning is 12am, 12 in the afternoon is 12pm. 3) Events of Opposing Force occur during the late stages of day 2, Foxtrot Uniform and The Package take place during sunset. Day 3 is unseen until the nuke explodes at the end.
"We Are Pulling Out" also takes place at the end of Surface Tension when the radio man is trying to contact Cooper about the withdrawal and air-strikes, Shephard literally walks in on him as he's making the transmission.
