I hate on a Rail, but I do quite like Surface Tension and Questionable Ethics
While I would say On A Rail is somewhat unfairly hated I wouldn't say it's better than Surface Tension.
Surface tension is the worst chapter cuz it's very long And ik half life 2 has longer chapters but according to a game which's chapters aint lasting longer than 15 - 30 minutes, 45 is a lot
Funny you mention time. I'd argue that Power Up is the weakest chapter simply because it's so short.
