In Campaign, the MP5 is a great all-rounder!
In Deathmatch, it's either the crossbow or the good old shotgun!
I was good with these a bit too much that my friend wanted to handicap me for not using these weapons... he did forget about the updated magnum tho. And the tau cannon.😅
h1 has a very well rounded arsenal (minus the hivehand) but for me it’s a hard tie between the satchel charges, tau cannon/gauss gun, crossbow and the magnum for me. I love being an absolute shithead to enemies with them
The Gauss gun has to be one of my favorites. It has a unique design while still keeping some real world logic. It has very interesting primary and secondary fires. and Tau jumping is super fun and satisfying to pull off. Overall it's just a very memorable and fun weapon.

In vanilla it’s 100% MP5/Tau if we’re talking opposing force it’s got to be the sniper/desert eagle. For mmod it’s silenced pistol/357

Shotgun, killing something in a single double barrel blast will never not feel good
I wish there was just a game mode where you had a shotgun with a lot of ammo and when you headshot something it instantly gets gibbed
