Another Building, Inspired by the GNR Plaza Building from Fallout 3 It's unfinished. No lettering and decoration to this place just yet... I might named this as a University of Black Mesa? Another Research Complex?, Communication Complex?, Research and Communication Complex? Who knows. Suggest me below, what I should named this Unknown building.

Perhaps a visitor's center? We've never gotten to see a public entrance place but it's bound to exist.
I have agreed with the user below that this could be used as a University of some sort, tho I like the idea of a Visitor Center's. Might as well use this design Inspiration for such place.
University of Black Mesa, I mean it would make sense black mesa is researching f-ing portals, it should have its own university, other than that good building 😀👊
