Maybe a dead body of a headcrab so people wonder what happened there.

Its using op4 textures, right now i use only hl1 textures, maybe later, but still thanks
Some crates, couches maybe, it really depends on what is this hallway, I recommend booting up the original Half-Life and see how Valve solved this problem.
Most of the time OG half-life office complex is halfways with nothing, sadly
