So I'm working on a character enhancement mod for HL2, I know a couple of these exist already but they've all got little things that just put me off of them. I made these by mixing multiple upscales at different settings and also bringing parts of the Leak facemap back in (Like ears and lips). So, I was looking through the HL2 textures for no real reason and I was looking at this decal and I saw the poster of this character at the bottom right. Anyone know if thats an actual character from some piece of media or is it just a random thing made for the decal? (Is this the right community to post this in? Totally re-did m0a1 (Seen here: community.lambdageneration.com/h…), m0a0 is kind of done. Was gonna show off the re-textures of the HL:E grunts but image limits so decided to just show off m0a1 and some stuff I did to t0a0. One thing I gotta state is just how glad I am that the HL:E lads have the SDK available to mess with, its seriously great. My first "proper" mod thing, it's loosely based on that 5 minute long Half-Life film from the 90s by Cruise Control. I'm going to try and make it a bit more about exploring areas instead of full on combat (mainly for access codes and things like that since you are a total outsider) right now all I have are some modified textures and two very early on maps.
