Man, it kills me that in Overwatch, requesting for healing is a polite, normal-tone voiced (most of the time), call "I need healing/I require healing/Need healing", it's like "I'm probably dying but take your time, I'm in no hurry, no panic" Then in TF2 that call is one word, frantically screamed at the highest voice one could muster while they have a skinned knee, it's like "MEEEEDIIIIC, GET YOUR ARSE OVER HERE DOC"
