Hello everyone! I am in the process of getting Hammer++ setup for G-Mod. The article mentions something called Slammin' Tools. I've never heard of this in the 10ish years I've experimented with the Source engine. It's marked (optional) just asking what are the benefits of using it. Thank you!
I was recently digging through some Half-Life 2 level files to spark inspiration and noticed that they used a lot of what seems like oddly placed skip brushes. From what I understand these will just be ignored by the compiler. Is there a reason for the Valve Devs to do this that I just haven't grasped yet?
