Profile posts huh? Well, this is a good chance to ramble a bit about my recent TF2 experience. I stopped playing TF2 at some point in 2013 because my computer fried, and after that I kind of fell out of the habit of playing it for all of these years. The recent summer update intrigued me, and an acquaintance prodded me into giving it another go, I've been playing off and on ever since, sometimes with them, sometimes on my own, but what's really crazy is that all of these old things I had been carrying around since the late 2000's had more than tripled in value! So when I went looking into trading for things, I discovered that I had quite a lot of acquisition power, it was as if... Captain America was awakened from being frozen, and he just happened to have this vintage collection of baseball cards from the 40's in one of his little belt satchels, and then someone introduced him to ebay right after, so surprisingly my bad luck 10 years ago afforded me a bunch of cool cosmetics, as well as these newfangled war paints that people are crazy about. I managed to dress up the mercs with all of this stuff, without ever spending a single cent more than I did when I bought the orange box all of those years ago, and I think that's pretty neat.

Yeee it is quite fun! I lament the death of some things, like the death of the vita-saw, and the righteous bison, and the ambassador, but I'm enjoying the new features, like being able to switch wrenches as engineer to do elaborate multi-loadout rollouts, and having greater benefits from being cloaked as spy, as well as learning how things works now and what synergizes with what.
