Why do you need an SDK? Don’t you think it’s already strange that you need an SDK just to work with the "new" NPCs? I don’t know much about simply porting an already-created weapon, like from HL:OP into HL, but even that seems easier than creating/finding an SDK for a few NPCs. And I can say, which not many people care about porting NPCs from HL1:OP into HL1 or from HL1 into HL2.
i didnt really name someone specific i just ganna know if it already exist, im im saying that i colnt do a better port cause i´ve never programed anything before

i just asked cause i dont wanna poorly port the npcs just for another guy to already have done it a 1000% times better

the source SDK 2013 includes code for houndeyes and bullsquids that just need to be added to the VPCs and enabled.
