You need to have it mounted to Lambda Generation. If that doesn't work, try verifying game files.
In the LambdaGeneration folder, search for bin/lambdagen/cfg, than copy and paste there this code: // // Use this file to mount additional paths to the filesystem // DO NOT add a slash to the end of the filename // "mountcfg" { "hl3" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life: Episode 3\hl3" }
