After everything that happened, I think HL3 is in development! I posted on my profile a theory that the 25th anniversary update for Half-Life 1 in 2023 could be a preparation for HL3! This year HL2 turns 20 years old and next year we will have 5 years of HLA, both numbers that in Mathematics can be divided by 5! And 2026 could be the release of HL3 (I don't think it will be in 2025 as we will have GTA VI from T2/Rockstar and companies are avoiding T2/Rockstar's releases!
