HDTF without a doubt because of the intentions.
I’ve had the chance to meet Rich and although Prospekt has its issues, he wasn’t trying to scam people or steal others work.

It's development, the person being in charge. The whole freaking game is a GMod asset flip with (I'll be it some funny cutscenes). And a scam.
It was also a very dark year for Half-Life fans.
HDTF, by a long shot. It's probably one of the worst things I played back in 2018 when it first came out. I heard they were making improvements to the game though. Gotta check that out one day.
1) Prospekt. it is shooting in good looking locations with very atmospheric intro
2) HDTF - not very lucky attempt to fill holes in HL2 story with telling own story
3) hard work and vision of One man to make that one replay of HL2 different.
So Danger 2. Danger 2 is definitely worse that others

Don't know anything about prospekt, but I hate cinematic mod. HDTF is just funny.
