This promo art never ended up getting used in anything. In fact, this is an early design. She's still sporting the pants from her 2002 design.
I believe it's a rough sketch of what was to become this
It does look to be that way, especially considering that Alyx is missing parts of her design in the original sketch, like the taped up jacket shoulder and the Black Mesa hoodie
