It's not mine but I'm just spreading the word on it and it will be using Xash3D (GoldSrc on Steroids) with Vulkan Ray Tracing. Correction: Looks like it may not be Xash 3D with Vulkan Ray Tracing but it's own version but I don't fully know until it's released.

The shaders and | the models post process |
Finally, a way for this '98 game to melt my 2021 PC. Honestly, I'm surprised Valve hasn't done something similar themselves.
I like so mutch this diference that a realistic cenario ilumination and shadering makes on a old game, like, it dint fells normal to see these low poly rocks from outside black mesa with an actual shadow and sun light
I know right it's funny when someone or team comes up with a new features that can take an old game and update it could look like done by a small to average size indie team roughly 5 years ago.
Imaging installing Redux textures and something like Diamond models pack to this mod
Good. I like that it doesn't add too much shaders to the game, like ReShade RTX, because shaders from Marty Mcfly ruin the whole game look. Excited to play it soon!
THIS WILL BE HALF LIFE GRAPHICS IN 2001
This looks amazing! The only problem I noticed is the ghosting on the Revolver's reflection. Other than that, it'll likely be too fast gameplay to even notice, and they might even fix it before release.
From what I have heard that the release window is 2022 but yeah there are going to be fixes before then.
