I really like the topic with Gordon, who is considered a "savior" and should bring peace, but brings only devastation. All the places we came to were destroyed, people were killed and the lands were mutilated. The Savior brought more death and chaos, as noted by some rebel citizens, whose words I used to condemn - but now I understand. In my sketch, I tried to quickly sketch out my idea that came to my mind - walking Gordon Freeman, leaving behind a "bright" path on which ruins, corpses and blood lie. I hope to develop this topic further and maybe draw something more complete.

Really cool picture and I like the thought and context around. On an unrelated note, I really wish this site kept filenames intact so when I save this fan-art I can save the title+author rather than have it be called "1663362375357BNZBaDDDKwCnB-ZB.png"
i think you can try post that idea in Suggestions category!

When I first heard Breen say this in my first ever playthrough of HL2 I said out loud "A revolution."
Yes. I think the game as a whole shows well that significant changes and revolution are impossible without numerous victims.
