The authors behind CS mod "PROMOD" are back, with a brand new game: "Counter-Strike: Legacy" (it's not Classic Offensive btw) Unlike Classic Offensive, which tries to bring the essence of 1.6 to CS:GO, CS:Legacy is a remake of CS 1.6 made with the Source SDK. It will release as an early access, as a standalone game (unlike Classic Offensive, which is a CS:GO mod)

im happy because there will finally be a good looking engine version that isn't using leaked code, or liscensed code. this is built off of source sdk 2013 which means that anyone can use it without having to sign a contract with valve or use leaked code, that valve wont let you publish.

valve is just being annoying, mainly because it used something that wasnt meant to be modded, also valve is very touchy with counter strike since the skins market was made
