something I've been working on this month, this is a wip but I plan to call it The Current State of Valve I'm a pretty amateur animator so if there's anything weird looking in the animation please criticize it I would love to hear any suggestions

I think that if you want to emulate the 2d animation style the og scene had you could make the transitions to new poses stepped instead of splined. For example, when he was talking and then flipped off the camera you could get rid of his arm moving up to flip off the camera and just make it an instant snap to that pose to make it more sudden and cartoony. I actually really like the animation though and I don't know if what I said was a good idea lol. Just something to mess with.

I would definitely do something like that but I honestly have no idea how to, maybe I could look up a tutorial for a later animation

the gabe eating scene looks strange

yeah I know and I think it's mostly because this gabe model has some strange face flexes that are really hard to work with
