"The worst she might do is attempt to couple with your head- fruitlessly!" Got a drawing tablet last Christmas, thought I'd get practice sketching our favorite cranio-conjugal parasite! Headcrab anatomy is very fascinating! I hadn't really been able to sketch a good headcrab from memory before this, so doing these studies has definitely helped! Lots of fun, unique shapes make up these little fellas! It makes me giddy noticing small details about them that really show just how much attention to detail Valve pours into these titles. Hope you enjoy the sketches! I'll be working hard to provide more Xenians in the future!

Recently I'd been toying with the idea of ranking every major alien/post-human in Half-Life! They're not ranked within the tiers, but I took into account looks, lore, sound design, and my own little headcanons for this list! A friend of mine makes these tiny dinosaur models so I wanted to make some Xenian inspired patterns for them! And so, here's Tyrannosaurus with a tentacle inspired pattern and an Edmontosaurus with a red bullsquid pattern. They were done pretty quickly and primarily with a mouse, I hope you enjoy them despite their amateur-ness!
