Supra Cow 2 is almost 1 year old, and since the re-write project begun, Supra Cow 2 is really in slow development. Right now, we're split into two projects:
▪ SDK - the development module, modelling and mapping software for the engine with full GUI and stuff.
▪ The game itself (on hold for the SDK) - basically the whole engine of the game, the client
The SDK part of things is... fine. The map editor "Level Lab" isn't getting much updates right now (and right now it's basically a Rectangle Simulator(TM) tbh), and the model editor is basically done, and we're working on saving and loading models.
But the game... it's dead basically. Right now it's just a moveable cow and a sprite, with no implemented features from the SDK.
Right now, we're still focusing on the SDK, as it is basically the most important part in the development of this game. By the way, a trailer for the game is in the works, though because of the lack of footage, don't expect it too soon.
H E L P   W A N T E D
Yes indeed, a weird, memey and basically made in Scratch game still needs some help. We're searching for model animators, and anybody who can create 2D animations. We sadly can't pay anyone (though credits we're credits go), but it's not a hard job (as simple as just moving limbs and stuff, no drawing required), and we're still a great community to be in.

Hi everyone! So here's some #supracow news:
The re-write:
After almost a year of developing Supra Cow 2, and with new technologies and knowledge on TurboWarp (timewarp refrence!!!1), we have finally decided to rewrite our engine from scratch, including many new cool features, like a new JSON map system, support for modding, and a lot of more.
Open-Source Dilemma
Our game will forever be open source, and well documented too.
We want people to use our game's engine to make their own games, and it would be impossible without making it open-source.
Multiplayer
We plan to make the game multi-player using TurboWarp's cloudlink extensions, which sadly doesn't allows running a server from the client, though it will still possible to host it through a Dedicated Server program, like in the 'ye old GoldSource times.
