Here's what came out of the pain of this usual f*cking situation; Me, a Medic, on fire and running like hell, my health trying with teeth and claws to regenerate fast enough and the SPLITSEC before I touch a medkit, my health either loses the battle or the Pyro crits me with a flare gun. And I land ON the medkit. So I took that almost comical situation, drew it in a perspective I've been wanting to try and loaded it with extra terror and desperation. I ended up adding Engineer because he and Pyro are buddies and his goggles made for extra glowing evil eyes effect. Plus it makes Medic seem even more alone and finished than he already was.
