Finally encountered an Observer! He was hanging around our side's courtyard, moving about cloaking and uncloaking. And then he started kicking a bit of ass, he broke the neutrality lol. Observers fascinate me a lot, creepy as they are. They could be nice material for a story like, some sort of elite stealth unit that's supposed to watch over battles when possible anomalies are found to ensure the smooth progress of the Gravel Wars and not get caught or something. Or a secret Spy aliance.
