If that would be a regular one case, highly possible that no one from the authorities would even like to respond to that kind of case when the holidays are comin' (just like they usually do). But when it is 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘺 kind of problem, here - for example, when a little daughter of another one rich government official has been captured by some mad crackhead in his poorly-made Santa's costume in a heavy episode of psychosis - that is definitely an event worth to cooperate police forces with a private special squad called BLU (or "Battle League Unit"), commercially controlled by any corpo in the Mann City that has enough money for *that* kind of power in usage. The only question left in the minds of society is when'll they all, authorities & police, want to start improving the lives of ordinary citizens & not just the rich who pay enough?
