I have no idea lol. I would say that someone experimented on Link and injected him with Mystique's blood lol. I'm not exactly an avid comic reader but I do hope the blood wouldnt hurt a human according to the comics in general. Cuz thats the only way I could explain it other than I got some..thoughts.
