It was a puzzle(?) game with a flat, stylized art style akin to Monument Valley, but without the 3D perspective. Had very pretty vector(?) art.
I think the name started with a H, kinda exotic sounding?
You played as this white snake thing with a single big eye (red arrow one), and there was other snake creatures like you, but instead colorful and with different eye shapes. Interacting (going up to them) would have them follow you, and they would synchronize to your movements and direction when following you. Also I think the background was dark at the start, with these colorful(?) circles essentially acting as barrier walls. Although the background would change once you got to this 3 portal hub area, along with a decorated elephant walking by.

the closest thing i can remember was a game about sentient penises, which i dont recommend searching for
