"chba_route_c14" is a reinterpretation of the tenements map, in the beginning of Half-Life 2. The street seems reindustrialized, and no Combine presence in the area. However, several civilian and military Conscript vehicles show that the area is now peaceful. No civilians show up, perhaps they are still suspicious about the peace, which seems fragile.
