Honestly, by the point that a gonome is a gonome, It is pretty much an entirely different creature, not headcrab, not human. SO I wouldn't be surprised if they just all looked like that, with slightly different color variations of the legs based on the type of pants that the host was wearing.
I thought there were h.e.c.u Gonome's in opposing force.
I always thought gonomes were just hecu zombies ngl
Half-Life: Extended has some pretty neat looking models
But as Average HECU said, the only think that changes is the sleeve and pants
Guards: No more vest, blue clothing that is almost non-existant: pants are bloody Grunts: Heavily torn up armor, tinier chest because of this
