"d1_lab_01a" is a maps from Half-Life 2 Beta. This is the first part of the old "Kleiner's Lab", just after "arcade_06" and / or "d1_steam_01". Coming out of the sewers, Gordon heads for Kleiner's Lab. This is where Barney waits, and introduces Gordon to Kleiner. After some reunion chatter, it's time to put on the goodold HEV suit, revised and improved. This is followed by advices on health and energy chargers. Then, the three characters head towards the Teleport chamber...
