is Portal1 glados' yellow light on her head designed to be an eye like portal2? if so, she didn't even look up as she speaking. if not, what should it be?
i think in Portal 1. she was never intended to be articulated (or at least as much as her sequel version) though it makes sense to not move
1) in the beginning she was suppressed by the personality cores so she was "bound" by them
2) when she was freed, her reaction to stuff was very mellow.
