Are you fucking telling me, Valve, that HL3 never existed bc of Left 4 Dead ? I mean, Left 4 Dead is a very good, great zombies game, but no shit. Half-Life is endlessly much better than Left 4 Dead. There's no way you can compare both games, nor leave Half-Life for Left 4 Dead Fuck Left 4 Dead now (except Left 4 Dead 2)
