Можевельник,это скорее всего осталось от разработчиков. Который тестировали/сделали эту краску, можно найти краску на этой же локации возле вортигонта скорее всего эта краска копируется и вылазет именно из-за таких вот лужец,и может быть на каждой карте есть такие лужицы краски белой.
